Starlight Supreme is dual-sided for easy transitions. 6.5″ dual-sided mattress complete with Firm Side Rail Construction. This mattress core is surrounded on all sides by a high density border, keeping the core in place and providing additional support on the mattress edges. One side offers standard support, while the other side features plush memory foam.
This mattress is comfortably topped with a medical grade, flexible performance, 4-way stretch-knit cover that delivers waterproof, hypoallergenic, anti-microbial, odor and stain resistant properties.

- CertiPUR-US® certified foam infused with plant oils and wrapped in a woven fire barrier with no spray-on FR chemicals
- The non-removable performance mattress cover will protect the mattress.
